Halloween’s dark magic fills the air, as today’s haunting image, ‘The Ruins’ by Augusta Godenot, conjures a spine-tingling chill. Shadows stretch and crawl through the night, and an unsettling stillness hovers over the old graveyard ruin. Captured as if peering through an ancient, rusted iron gate, the scene beckons with eerie silence, as though waiting for something to stir in the darkness.

The Forsaken Ruin set by DRD, now hauntingly available at the Equal 10 October round, brings this forgotten graveyard to life with crumbling buildings, neglected graves, and forest debris scattered like remnants of the past. Jagged trees loom over broken floors, casting twisted shapes in the dim moonlight. It’s easy to imagine ancient spirits stirring within, restless and watching.

A sense of unease lingers in the air, as if something unseen creeps along the ground, making the skin crawl. The quiet is so deep it feels like the tiniest sound might awaken something lurking just beneath the surface. Halloween’s spell is upon us—where the shadows hold secrets, and the past is never truly gone.
