Today’s picture comes from Elvira Kytori. This stunning image is a landscaping shot from a sim inspired by the Swedish Skärgården. Just looking at this photo makes me cold. Even though it is cold outside the island still feels warm and inviting with all the small rustic cabins and shops surrounding the bay. I can imagine warming myself by the fire in one of the cabins, drinking some hot chocolate, and listening to the waves crash on the shore. The colors place us in the middle of winter and the unique cabins bring us to a new place in the world. The camera angle captures the relaxed nature of this little fishing port as it opens wide around the rugged rocks. Seafoam billows up along the shoreline, splashing against the rocks, boats, and islands. The added vintage filter makes it feel as if we have traveled back in time. Beautiful work Elvira!
