Little Scamp Designs is participating in the June/July round of The Liaison Collaborative with their release of the Riverhaven Italinate House. The Liaison Collaborative runs from June 18th through July 10th.

The Riverhaven Italianate house is a classic two-story, 2 bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home with a substantial front porch and front and back entrances. The spacious kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor are all connected in a semi-open floorplan for easy movement throughout. There is an extra space which can be used for anything from an office to a family room. Upstairs you’ll find one main bedroom with private bath, a secondary bedroom, and a shared bathroom. The house is copy/modify/no transfer, approximately 22m x 24 m and 201 LI.
