It’s Friday and our Pick of the Day goes to Elaine Lectar for her ‘Mizu Yokan’ photo, featuring Asian inspired cuisine from Mamere. A veritable smorgasbord and very colorful array of dishes ranging from delicate puddings to tasty Tamago Kake Gohan, a Japanese rice dish that consists of cooked rice with seasonings and a fried egg topper. Elaine’s strategic placement of each dish is not to be missed and she does a wonderful job of capturing their flavorful profiles! So good!
