In shops of pristine pastel perfection, workers are busily making preparations. A friendly canine sentry wags his tail in anticipation of their first customers. He knows the narrow cobblestone street will soon be filled with bustling shoppers. While, from the cafe, the rich spiced aroma of café de olla permeates the air!
