OTTER LAKE – DESTINATION GUIDE
Hello again and welcome to my 7th installment of the Destination Guide for the Love To Decorate Website. Today I am excited to tell you about a quiet and beautifully landscaped location called Otter Lake. This destination is owned and landscaped by the talented Sharon Hinterland, who can also be commissioned to help you with your landscaping needs.
The top featured image is what you will see when you first land at Otter Lake. This landing pier welcomes you as your boat pulls up to the dock. Get your land legs ready, as there is much to see along the walking paths. Also, I hope you brought a friend because there are plenty of places here to sit and visit while you take in a variety of views. Take a moment before you leave the pier area, and set your windlight to estate time. You will be treated to three different windlights depending upon the time of your visit. The mornings here start out foggy and return to clear skies around noon, and finish the afternoons with a stunning pink sunset. As you can tell from my images in this post, I was there in the afternoon.
Otter Lake was created for photographers and travelers and there are plenty of places that would make a stunning background for your blogging images. You have the option to rez pose balls/stands by simply joining the free group. Not a blogger? You can sit and enjoy a nice time while you pass the day away with your loved ones. There is a flickr group to post any images you do snap to the Otter Lake Flickr group.
