The impressive “Rochester” boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Stylish and detailed exterior of wood, a turret, shutters and balconies over the bay windows where the sun shines through to the interior, giving a warm and cosy ambience.
The entrance hall is wood and marble with a stunning skylight. To the right is a good sized living room complete with sitting nook and carpeted library. On the left of the entrance hall is the formal dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook. This room also leads to the outdoor patio dining area.
Upstairs the luxury continues with four bedrooms. These comprise of the large master suite which has its own walk in closet and private master bathroom. Three private balconies lead off of the master suite. There is another mini master suite, complete with its own balcony, a smaller closet and private bathroom. The upstairs hallway also leads to another bathroom and two further bedrooms being the turret bedroom and another large bedroom.
As always with Onsu, there is a Details HUD with your purchase which has a few customizing options for the house. Full and half texture resolution versions are also included, the latter being designed to prevent lag and/or texture thrashing on lower spec systems.
